Do I need to run ?

No ! Well, just as much as you are comfortable doing. A hash is not a continuous run, the checks are marked to interrupt the runners, make them solve the check so others can catch up. Ancient wisdom says "The hash is a non competitive way to develop a thirst" Anyone who thinks they 'won' the hash gets another Down Down.

Do I need to register ?

No, But... We appreciate knowing how many to expect so we can ensure there is enough drinks (Beer), snacks etc. So you can always just turn up at the start if you forget to register - don't miss out because of some minor bureaucratic forms.

What should I wear and bring ?

Bring your common sense - if that is an unreasonable requirement try sky diving instead. But seriously - look at the weather.

Bring water, clothing that protects you from the sun, rain, catchy thorn bushes, insects according to your personal phobias.

A smile and a thirst are really beneficial
